How to Use
Reservation Process
Step 1. Search Room Types
Browse our property listings and choose your preferred room type.
Step 2. Check Availability
Contact us by phone (090-5798-2963) or email (info@weeklyhakata.com) to check availability.
Step 3. Apply & Book
Once your dates are confirmed, we will finalize the reservation. Download the application form, fill in the required information, and return it with the necessary documents.
Step 4. Payment & ID Submission
After screening, we will send the contract and invoice. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash on move-in day.
Step 5. Move In
Move-in is available from 3:00 PM on the contract start date.
Step 6. Move Out
Please vacate by 11:00 AM on the contract end date.
